Giselle Ayala works with a proactive and solution-oriented approach, helping her clients identify risks in time and implement legal strategies that support their growth, innovation and long-term success.

She has worked as an external legal counsel for companies and non-profit organizations, providing support on issues of brands, licenses, advertising, social networks and corporate governance. As part of its practice, it represents and negotiates commercial transactions and key contracts, including commercial contracts, publishing contracts, collaboration agreements between writers, joint ventures and corporate partnership agreements.

Giselle collaborates closely with independent professionals and small and medium-sized organizations, offering practical legal support in essential areas such as contracts, trademarks, copyright and digital media.

His focus is on anticipating problems, designing effective strategies and helping his clients make informed and safe decisions.

He is a member of the New York Intellectual Property Law Association (NYIPLA), where he has served as Co-Chair of the Publications Committee since 2023. She is also a volunteer at the Copyright Clinic of the Center for Art Law and collaborates as an author in the annual Wolters Kluwer Licensing publication on copyright.

When she's not exercising, Giselle enjoys connecting with creators at art galleries, cosplay events and movie conventions. In addition, she is an active former student of Brooklyn Law School, where she supports her work by accompanying international students who start their journey in New York.
